Tech Help United: Access Technology Support
For individuals seeking assistance, Tech Help United offers access to digital navigators, digital literacy classes, and devices on a limited basis.
Accessing Digital Navigators and Classes
Navigating technology can be challenging. Our Digital Navigators provide personalized, one-on-one support, and our classes cover topics ranging from basic computing to advanced online safety.
Eligible for Devices?
Low-income residents of Greater Nashua can apply for a laptop or tablet through Tech Connect United. These devices are available on a limited basis to qualifying individuals to support educational, employment, and personal growth.
- To Apply: Contact us for an application by emailing info@unitedwaynashua.com or calling (603) 882-4011. If you are eligible, we can also lend hotspots for internet access in specific situations.
For Agencies
How We Support Your Clients: Tech Connect United provides essential resources to help your clients access and navigate the digital world. We collaborate with social service agencies to connect underserved communities with technology and support.
- Digital Navigators: Our volunteers assist clients with tasks such as setting up email accounts, learning to use the internet safely, and accessing critical online services like telehealth and job portals.
- Device Donations: Agencies can refer clients who are eligible to receive refurbished laptops and tablets. We strive to equip individuals with the necessary tools to access educational, employment, and social opportunities online.
- Classes on Digital Literacy: Our classes are designed to meet clients at their skill level and cover a range of topics from basic computing to essential software use and internet navigation.

Volunteer or Donate
Become a Digital Navigator or Instructor
Make a difference by volunteering as a Digital Navigator or teaching digital literacy classes! Our volunteers provide hands-on guidance, helping individuals develop confidence in their digital skills and ensuring they can navigate today’s digital landscape.
- Digital Navigators work one-on-one to support clients with basic technology needs, providing tailored assistance and troubleshooting.
- Digital Literacy Instructors lead group classes using structured curriculums, empowering participants to improve their knowledge of essential tech skills.
Donate Laptops and Tablets
Join our Laptop Donation Program to provide devices for people in need. By donating gently used laptops and tablets, you’re offering individuals a pathway to new opportunities in education, employment, and connection.
