United Way partners across the community to create focus and momentum around critical needs. Additionally, we create opportunities for new and fledging program ideas to grow under our umbrella providing guidance and fiscal stewardship as they build their programs. This reduces the need and administrative cost of creating a new stand-alone 501C3 organization and allows community innovators to focus on their mission and not get bogged down in accounting and other organizational logistics that we can manage for them.
