The United Way delivered a second batch of computers to the Hudson School District on Friday, December 4, 2020 for a total of 100 laptops. The school district ordered 1,200 laptops last spring and only received 300 before the start of school year. The district is still waiting for the remaining 900.
Superintendent Larry Russell said school administrators have been very concerned about the shortage and the impact on students in remote learning. “We explored every avenue to make sure we have devices for students that don’t have one at home. The United Way program has come through at just the right moment. This will make a huge difference for our students.”
