United Way of Greater Nashua Announces 2026 Governance Board and Community Advisory Council 

Nashua, NH – December 12, 2025 

United Way of Greater Nashua has announced its 2026 Governance Board and Community Advisory Council, bringing together leaders from business, education, healthcare, and local government to guide the organization’s mission of improving lives in Greater Nashua. 

The Governance Board will be led by Jay Dinkel (Governance Chair), Peter Chaloner (Treasurer), and Paula Moran (Secretary), and Michael Reid (Community Advisory Council Chair). 

New members added in 2025 include: 
Lisa Ura Bollinger, Esq. (Principal, Black, LaFrance & Bollinger, LLC), Dr. James Keane (President, Nashua Community College), Gerald Gutierrez (Bangor Savings Bank), Reverend Kathy Boss (Church of the Good Shepherd), Sascha Stroms (Public Health Nurse City of Nashua), Peggy Gilmour (Principal, PretiSTRATEGIES), Lieutenant Matthew McConnell (Nashua Police Department), Adam Marcoux (Nashua Teachers Union), and Shawn Boyle (Account Manager, Eversource Energy). 

They join current members Jay Dinkel (Rockland Trust Retired), Dr. Amir Toosi (Rivier University), Bob Mack (City of Nashua Welfare Department), Paula Moran (BAE Retired), Jay Minkarah (Nashua Regional Planning Commission), Peter Chaloner (Retired), Michael Reid (UPS), Dan Munroe (Retired), Bob Larmouth (Retired), Matt Plante (Retired), Jim Donchess (Mayor, City of Nashua), Jared Barbosa (Nashua Schools and International Soccer Club), Galen Williams (USAF Retired), Abimana Ngira (City of Nashua Economic Development), Cynthia Whitaker (Greater Nashua Mental Health), John Jurczyk (CEO, St. Joseph Hospital), Joseph Leahy (CMO, Southern NH Health), Elizabeth Calabria (President, Greater Merrimack / Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce), Dr. Mario Andrade (Superintendent of Schools, Nashua), and Padmaja Kunapareddy (Engineer Leader, IBM).
