United Way “Digital Navigators”

United Way of Greater Nashua is excited to announce the launch of a new program offering free, one-on-one technology assistance to the community. Starting the week of January 6, 2025, “Digital Navigators” will provide personalized support to help individuals navigate technology challenges at various locations across Nashua and Hudson.

With technology becoming increasingly essential for daily life, accessing critical services, education, and employment often requires a level of digital literacy that can feel overwhelming. The United Way’s Digital Navigators program is here to bridge the digital divide by offering practical, hands-on help for tasks such as setting up devices, navigating websites, managing email, using smartphones, accessing online job applications, and connecting to virtual healthcare services.

Empowering Our Community

“We believe digital literacy is a critical tool for empowerment in today’s world,” said Mike Apfelberg, President at United Way of Greater Nashua. “Through our Digital Navigators program, we aim to ensure that everyone in our community has the skills and confidence to access the resources and opportunities they need.”

This initiative is part of the United Way’s broader commitment to fostering equity and inclusion through digital access and education. Those who are in need of tech help are invited to stop by any of our drop-in locations after January 6th.
